The root and bulb from the wild yam (Dioscorea Velosa) have traditionally been used for their natural benefits. Both contain an active ingredient called diosgenin, which is reportedly similar to the steroids naturally produced by the body. 

It’s also believed to have some estrogen-type effects, which may help ease menopausal symptoms, which is why it’s often used as a natural menopause remedy.

Chaste berry (Agnus Castus) is also a traditionally used natural remedy believed to be effective for relieving symptoms such as PMS, as well as for other hormonal conditions, including menopause.

It’s thought to have an impact on hormone-producing areas of the brain, such as the pituitary gland, which then leads to a reduction in prolactin, a hormone that may be involved in PMS.

Apply a pea-sized amount to areas where the skin is thinnest, such as the neck, chest, stomach, and upper legs, for optimal absorption.

A mild tingling or itching sensation is normal and harmless. It typically subsides within a few minutes or with continued use. Over time, as magnesium levels improve and the skin becomes accustomed, the sensation significantly decreases.
