How to Use:

Simply apply a pea-sized amount to areas where the skin is thinnest—such as the neck, chest, stomach, and upper legs—for optimal absorption.

Expect a gentle tingling sensation, courtesy of the magnesium oil. A strong sting can be a sure sign of magnesium deficiency which should be addressed.

External use only: if irritation occurs discontinue use. NOT suitable for those with hormone related conditions/illness, on hormone medication (e.g.; contraceptive pill), pregnant or breastfeeding. Always do a small patch test. If concerned, consult your doctor before using.
